This month we focus on the historic “McIlvain Block” at 254 W. Main St. This building has seen an amazing transformation in the last two months thanks to a group of young entrepreneurs who decided to make a serious investment in downtown and participated in the Monongahela Facade Grant Project. They have taken their project on in a way that is deeply respectful of their neighbors and of our community’s historic and architectural character.
